UQ Communications announces selecting for new Board members
TOKYO, April 23, 2010 - UQ Communications Inc. (Headquarter: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Takashi Tanaka) today announced that UQ resolved at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on April 22, 2010 to select a current President, Takashi Tanaka as the candidate for the chairman, and a current Advisor, Akio Nozaka as the candidate for the President.
This matter will be executed at a meeting of the Board of Directors on June 14, 2010, after being resolved at the 3rd Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
Likewise, UQ also resolved to select the candidate for Auditors and Corporate Officers.
