Q:If I switch to UQ mobile, can I continue using the e-mail address provided by my current carrier?

A:
Some e-mail addresses provided by other carriers can continue to be used.
For details, check the website of your current mobile phone carrier.
If you are switching from au, you can continue using your e-mail address by applying for the "au Mail Portability" service.

* Apply within 31 days of canceling the au contract.
* Note that the e-mail data in the e-mail server will be deleted 31 days after canceling the au contract.
* The au ID issued for the au line contract is required.
